Jesse Zeringue

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jesse Zeringue is an accomplished leader who brings over three decades of operational and business management experience in the chemical and elastomer industries. His expertise encompasses SBU/P&L management, private equity financing, international marketing, and supply chain management. Jesse excels in driving business development and building long-lasting relationships with customers. With a background in chemistry and an MBA from Louisiana State University, Jesse joined Deltech following prominent roles in major global organizations, where he successfully expanded businesses and entered new markets. Jesse's comprehensive skill set and experience continue to drive Deltech towards sustainable growth and success.

Rebecca Henry

Chief Financial Officer

Named one of the top CFOs in the state of Louisiana, Rebecca Henry has been a dedicated member of Deltech since 2002, boasts more than twenty years of industry experience, and possesses a deep understanding of the company's financial landscape. In her role, Rebecca oversees all financial operations, encompassing accounting, tax, audit, and treasury. Her meticulous attention to detail contributes to the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting and forecasting. Rebecca holds both Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Through her continuous dedication and proficiency, Rebecca plays a vital role in upholding Deltech's financial integrity and supporting its long-term success.

Dr. David Ward

Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations

Dr. David Ward is the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations at Deltech. With three decades of experience in spearheading process development, Dave drives innovation and progress. His expertise spans various areas such as olefin polymerization, specialty chemical production, biochemical transformation, and biorefining. Throughout his career, Dave has successfully led dynamic teams in new product development and has played a critical role in research & development as well as organizational scaling. He holds a Doctorate in Chemistry and an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo. Dave's extensive knowledge and expertise help to position Deltech for sustained success in the industry.

Dr. Paul Stenson

President, StanChem Resins

Dr. Paul Stenson is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in business and technology leadership across North America and Europe. He has held key positions at renowned companies like Valspar (now Sherwin Williams), Axalta, and Ahlstrom, demonstrating expertise in driving growth and innovation. Since 2017, Paul serves as President at StanChem Resins, a leading manufacturer of water-based resins for the paint and coatings industries. Paul obtained his PhD in chemistry from University College Dublin, Ireland. During his doctoral studies, he also conducted research at the Institute Chimie Substances Naturelles in Paris, France.

Jeffery Jordan

Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain

Jeff Jordan is the Vice President of Purchasing at Deltech, bringing over thirty years of experience in the petrochemical manufacturing industry. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Louisiana State University, Jeff leverages his extensive background in direct and indirect procurement to lead the purchasing team. His exceptional leadership skills ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork towards common goals. Jeff's impressive track record and deep industry understanding make him an invaluable asset to Deltech, preparing the company for continued success.

Gregory Schramm

Vice President and General Manager

Gregory Schramm is a highly self-motivated and accomplished executive, renowned for his expertise in management, sales, and purchasing within the specialty chemicals industry. With 13 years of senior management experience and an impressive 24 years of global commercial experience, Greg has proven his ability to drive success and generate profitable growth in strategic markets. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Trinity College-Hartford, demonstrating his multidisciplinary understanding of the industry. He also received his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.

Karen Brignac

Environmental, Health & Safety Director

As the Environmental, Health & Safety Director at Deltech, Karen Brignac oversees all EHS regulatory compliance at the Baton Rouge, LA, and Troy, OH facilities, as well as all safety training programs. With over 40 years of EHS experience in both manufacturing and consulting, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, she is an expert in regulatory compliance, safety training, and promoting sustainable practices. Karen is also very active in the Air & Waste Management Association and is currently a director with the Louisiana Section and the Chair of Industry and Nanotechnology Division of the Technical Council.

Adam Gerace

CORPORATE Human Resources Director

Adam Gerace is a key pivotal leader at Deltech, overseeing all functions of the company’s human capital. With extensive knowledge in HR, operations, and system implementation, Adam provides strategic guidance in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. With over 15 years of HR experience in industries such as healthcare and pipe fabrication, Adam brings a diverse background to Deltech. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University.
