This Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the Terms of Use applicable to your ("Employer” or “Job Seeker”) use of DEL Technical Services, Inc. (“DEL Tech”) services available under the domains of www.chicagoengineers.com and www.deltech.com (“websites”). If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, do not use or access DEL Tech’s services.

Employer

Services
DEL Tech’s Employer services are intended to assist Employers with the identification of Job Seekers for employment with their company. Employers can utilize DEL Tech Jobs to post employment opportunities.

DEL Tech Jobs
When posting an employment opportunity on the DEL Tech Jobs page, a DEL Tech sales representative will contact Employer to go over job order details. DEL Tech provides Job Seekers to Employers either on a Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, or Permanent basis. DEL Tech will employ its normal recruiting process in obtaining and presenting qualified job seekers for employment with Employer. Employer’s Job Posting will be advertised on the DEL Tech Jobs page for Job Seekers to view without listing your company name. All candidate submittals are through a DEL Tech recruiter, and a fee will be applicable according to our Technical Services Agreement or Permanent Placement Agreement for all candidates placed.

Job Seeker

Services
DEL Tech’s Job Seeker services are intended to assist Job Seekers with the identification of employment opportunities with Employers. Job Seekers can utilize DEL Tech Jobs to view employment opportunities.

DEL Tech Jobs
DEL Tech provides Job Seekers to Employers either on a Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, or Permanent basis. When applying to an employment opportunity listed on our DEL Tech Jobs page, a DEL Tech recruiter will review your qualifications. A DEL Tech representative will either contact you immediately regarding information submitted to our website, or file your information in our database and contact you at a later date. Any information submitted to any of DEL Tech’s websites will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. DEL Tech and its websites do not post resumes for Employers or any other entities to view.
