DEL Tech Temporary Employee Referral - $150.00 Bonus
Referred candidate must work 160 hours for DEL Tech to be eligible for this bonus.

DEL Tech Permanent Placement Referral - $500.00 Bonus
Referred candidate must work 120 days for DEL Tech's client where placement was made to be eligible for this bonus.

Terms And Conditions
To be eligible for the contractor and/or direct hire referral bonus, referred candidate must not have been contacted by a DEL Tech representative within the past ninety (90) days; and, referred candidate must be placed in a DEL Tech position, either contract or direct, within sixty (60) days of your referral date. Referred candidate must also fill out the "Referred By"section on their application when coming in for a DEL Tech interview. Furthermore, as stated above, referred candidate must work either one hundred sixty (160) hours on a contract basis, or one hundred twenty (120) days on a direct basis, before referrer is eligible for bonus payment.
